Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel Green Loan
The 4-year secured term loan facility for Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel raised in September 2023 as a green loan is for the purpose of refinancing the term loan raised in September 2019 which is the first green loan solely used to finance a hotel property in Hong Kong. Officially opened in February 2019, the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel achieved Final Gold rating under BEAM Plus NB V1.2 from Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited in June 2020.
